Chad Bentz is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who defied expectations. Chad holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration and Coaching. He is a certified Mental Performance Mastery (MPM) Coach, a designation endorsed by Brian Cain. His understanding of the mental side of performance was further shaped by working with Dr Ken Ravizza, a renowned sport psychologist, and through his certification with Brian Cain. Jim Abbott, a baseball legend, was a childhood hero who later became a friend, inspiring Chad's journey through his own remarkable career.

Today, Chad serves as Athletic Director at Novi Christian Academy. He also founded Defined by More, a coaching and speaking platform dedicated to helping others succeed.
